New Chapter In Programming,

Now that Phones have a bit of CPU Power Its the right time for me to take a dive into Indie game development.

With 6 projects Id Conceived in past 3 - 4 years to choose from, as

the first Project to Finish and release I chose the Smallest Virtual Gun Series Concept.

Id Built a Agile Camera Rail System for Android that Supports Multi Touch and in 2015

6 Android Screen Buttons at once was good. With Good Foundations Putting This Game Together

Has Been Easy in last 7 Days Ive Added Animations Sounds Special effects, 

Hud And AI, Ive listed the nessasary parts to finish and its a short list.

Its 22 June My Birthday and I feel Like I shoul be able to Finish it by 22 July then spend 4 weeks polishing it and 2 weeks to create the IOS/Android/Windows Versions with Various Languages and optimized to display correctly on all sizes of device.

So July/August Aim For Alpha Deployment on Android!.

Been Making Fun Electronics Gadgets. A Much needed break.

Put Many Hours into V_gun now, Camera Orientated Game Machanics to run Hi-Quality at Rock Stable 60Fps.


Early on Development was slow due to Engine Pitfulls and Bugs.

The Unity 2017 Engine  is  Sweet as a nut N:)W.

Yer My Electronics stuff been interesting, I might put it on a web page for people to play with.

The Ideas a simple 1 Use Teslas Enegy Transfer design, to tranmit to electical devices remote but like brute force.

Leaned to make the circuit Synchronous and How that creates Harmony witch then leads to effot-less force of power in form of high alternating speed with high voltage, acheived over 1kv. The Sparks are not like common Tesla Coil Stuff you normally see on youtube. The Sparks here are silky smooth deep Purple sparks with no sound , and flows like liquid. weird!

Waiting on 3 more 1.5KV NPN Transistors to Finish the Device.

Finally Finished Camera Zoom Effect, and Hud.

Working On Clamping the reload button  to screen as the Cam Feild Of View changes.

At the moment after Zoom the Reload button stays in middle of screen.

The Basic IA Path works Now Need To Implement a AI TakeOver Class that will Emulate more advanced NPC Character Control. Enabling Ranks, Co-Ordinated Entrance like rolling through door way and Entering Gunplay.


Watched a cool Demo on AI By Apex that creates a Player Control that looks like human response.

Based on a Raster grid score system.

Still Lots to do, I set myself a deadline for Android Play Alpha, the 11th August 38 days from now.

This Is My New Project Taking Focus as I have got Unity 5 building Android and IOS properly.

This Project will have many parts, Virtua Gun Series.

  • Virtua Gangster
  • Virtua Zombie Attack
  • Virtua Assult
  • Virtua Rise Of The Robot

The first one I am building is def the most complicated, Virtua Gangster.
In this Episode Your are Playing a Vilan, Doing Heists. The first Level is Robbibg a Jewlers.

The reason this 1 is so complicated is that I have to create a virtual town with cars and people.
People Working in shops and waiting for busses and window shopping. ect

In a few days I have done quite alot, mainly because Id given this project years of thought.
I created characters & animations attached a target system to bones to allow Acurate hit data.

I have created Police Control AI, Civililian Control AI, Currently working of Shop Keeper AI.

I have created a great Camera Track system that can transition between Person Cam, following a Node Path System to Action Cam with Heads Up Display. In Action Cam Mode the Camera will turn and face then zoom on the closest Threat. When the indicater turns Red the Threat will open fire at you the player.

I have created a section of town, setup a great cull system built into Unity 5 for speed.
Setup Reflection probes on town section created.

I have setup AI Path system for Civilian shoppers & once the crime has started to be commited then the Characters will react and head for the Escape zones.
Then the Police move in. You play a very well known high profile Theif. Town is already on high alert.

Ive Spent The Last week Learning C# Script for Unity Projects.

Ive Been Quite Good at programming For some time but I now have updated my skills.

Wrote A mario Level in 15 hrs from scratch and that was my introduction to Unity and C#.

                                              & After 2 days hard work I thought I would chill out by messing around with some effect ideas for FPS Online 2010. I have uploaded a few effects I have just been messing with.
